    Dominic rejoined Barloworld in 2007 as chief executive officer to the Equipment division South Africa in 2014 and was promoted to chief operating officer of Barloworld Equipment southern Africa and thereafter chief executive officer of Barloworld Equipment southern Africa. He joined the board on 19 March 2014 and was subsequently appointed deputy chief executive effective 1 March 2016. From 1 October 2016, Dominic became the chief executive designate of Barloworld. Prior to joining Barloworld, Dominic was deputy managing director of Afgri Limited. On 8 February 2017 Dominic was appointed chief executive of Barloworld Ltd.

    Chris joined Barloworld in 1998 and has held various roles in strategy at the group and divisional level. He has been directly involved in M&A activity in the Automotive division over the last 10 years and also supported various transactions in the Logistics business. Prior to his current position Chris was the CE of the Digital Disposal Solutions business in the Automotive division.

    Emmy has held the position of CEO for Barloworld Equipment South Africa since 1 October 2012 which equates to 60% of the southern African business. His career stretches over various commodities and disciplines in the industry.


    Emmy was previously the CEO of Hernic Ferrochrome having previously held senior executive roles at other organisations such as Anglo American and BHP Billiton.

Her portfolio has grown over the past thirteen years to include global responsibility for legal, risk, internal audit, ethics and compliance, the group’s ethics tip off line, the Barloworld Medical Scheme and the Barloworld Retirement fund, part of the Old Mutual SuperFund.

    Kamogelo, a qualified industrial engineer by training, brings with him 21 years of senior business executive experience in operations and management in varied sectors including Logistics, Industrial, Automotive, Food Services, Hospitality, Rail and Post Services; 18 years of which have been in senior and executive management roles with blue chip companies.

    In his role as CEO Kamogelo will be responsible for driving further growth, in line with our group-wide growth ambitions, in the Logistics business. He has a solid track record in innovative leadership and managing complex businesses having worked for Fedics Food Services, BMW SA, Super Group subsidiary SGE and prior to joining Barloworld was Divisional CEO of Fleet Africa for 9 years, also a Super Group subsidiary.

    Keith joined Barloworld in 2004 when Avis Southern Africa was bought by Barloworld. He started his career at Avis in 1998 and was appointed as chief executive for Avis Car Rental Southern Africa in 2004. In 2007 he was appointed as chief executive for Barloworld Automotive – Car Rental that included the Southern Africa and Scandinavian operations. Keith was appointed chief executive Barloworld Automotive on 1 March 2015.

    Lesibana has well rounded business experience at senior and strategic level. He joined Barloworld Equipment southern Africa in June 2012 in the role of divisional director for Strategy, Risk & Sustainability. He assumed increasing responsibilities from 2013 including operational responsibility for operations in Malawi and for the joint venture in Zimbabwe, as well as babysitting the Operational Transformation Program. Lesibana transferred to Barloworld Corporate Office in October 2017, where he is currently employed in the role of Deputy Group Executive for Risk, Legal & Insurance.


    Prior to joining Barloworld, Lesibana worked for The Coca-Cola Company, first as the Chief Financial Officer where he led a team that delivered the project well ahead of budget, a world first for The Coca-Cola Company since their association with FIFA in 1973. For this he was sent to Coca-Cola Brazil to share the strategies and structures he put in place to achieve this feat. He later moved into the Finished Product of Coca-Cola South Africa, as Chief Financial Officer for the Finished Product business, which included the production, marketing and distribution of Minute Maid, Just Juice, Glaceau Vitamin Water, Chawya Coffee and Powerade Concentrate.


    Lesibana also worked as Financial Director for Rennies Travel, the biggest travel company in the Bidvest Group. He also served on the boards of the travel group in Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Malawi. His major achievements in the role include implementation of a financial system within budget and on time, development and implementation of a more profitable pricing strategy when suppliers moved to zero commission, centralization and consolidation of the finance function, resulting in improved control and efficiencies, as well as the reduction of the finance headcount from 200 to 120. The reduction in headcount was achieved without any retrenchments.


    Academically, Lesibana holds the following qualifications:


    Bachelor of Commerce from Vista University, Certificate in tax from UNISA and Master of Business Administration from University of the Witwatersrand


    Lesibana recently qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant and will be graduating on June 25th.


    Hi interests include travelling, spending time outdoors and enjoying nature, sport (he recently took up boxing to keep fit) and he also reads widely. Lesibana is married to Phakamile and they have two children a son (22) and a daughter (18). He is also treasurer and fundraiser in chief for the Saint Michael & All Angels parish in Alexandra Township.

    Olufunke (Funke) Ighodaro, was appointed as an Executive Director of the board and CFO-designate of the Company with effect from 1 October 2018. Ms Ighodaro will succeed Mr Wilson as Finance Director of Barloworld at the next annual general meeting of the company planned for February 2019. Ms Ighodaro is a Chartered Accountant with solid financial and commercial experience gained from working across various sectors including financial services, fast moving consumer goods, media and telecommunications. She has multi-geographical experience gained from working in South Africa, England and Nigeria and previously served as the Group CFO of Tiger Brands Limited, Primedia Limited and Emerging Markets Telecommunications Services Limited (formerly known as Etisalat Nigeria, now trading as 9mobile) and as executive director of Kagiso Trust Investments and Managing Director of its private equity interests. She has served as an independent non-executive director of Datatec Limited, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales Members’ Advisory Board for Africa, Transaction Capital Limited, Massmart Limited and UAC of Nigeria Limited.

    Quinton joined Barloworld Automotive in August 1992 as Financial Manager in Motor Retail. In 2003 he was appointed as Financial Director of Barloworld Equipment’s´ International operations based in London United Kingdom. In May 2008 he was appointed as deputy general director of Barloworld Equipment´s operations in Russia and in July 2012 was appointed as general director for Barloworld’s Russian business.

She is a chartered accountant with qualifications in industrial psychology, accounting, banking and finance. She has also served as National President at the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA). In addition, Tantaswa has previously worked for Standard Bank and Nkonki Inc and serves as a non-executive director on a number of boards.
