We are focused on building an
international industrial brand management
company that delivers sustainable value
to all our stakeholders
We have now completed four years
of implementing Value Based
Management (VBM) throughout
Barloworld and are ratcheting up our
performance as we continue to develop
and expand our company. In that context,
in September 2002, I set our global
management team the goal of doubling
the value we create for all our
stakeholders over four years. Internally,
we have captured the essence of this
ambitious objective in the phrase
“2x4x4”.
