Barloworld Artworks, the business mentoring programme with Business and Arts SA, has been in existence since August 2005 and has gained momentum and depth each year. The number of partnerships along with the breadth of businesses mentoring and arts organisations taking advantage of the programme has steadily grown.
If you would like to volunteer to become a Barloworld Artworks mentor, please call Diana Williams on 073 3059031 or at BASA on 011 832 3000 to discuss how you might gain insight into the workings of theatres, dance companies, art galleries, craft organisations or a multitude of other fascinating arts groups around the country!
There are currently 16 active partnerships across the country (they form and dissolve as necessary): 10 in Gauteng, 3 in Durban and 3 in Cape Town. The current partnerships will give you a better understanding of the nature of Artworks relationships.
