Barloworld is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) Limited. We also maintain secondary listings on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the Namibia Stock Exchange (NSX).

Barloworld applies the governing principles contained in The King III Report on Corporate Governance for South Africa (King III). We also comply with the corporate governance obligations imposed by the legislation, regulations and best practices of our host countries.
